Jumbo is an African food brand that provides seasoning for meals by offering traditional African recipes on its website. Jumbo is also stocked in several stores across the UK and sold through online retailers.

Objective

We teamed back up with Jumbo to build awareness of Jumbo and Gino products.

Mechanics

For this campaign, we sent our Brand Ambassadors to various stockist locations (24 in total) where they distributed promotional material and gifted customers who made a purchase of any Jumbo products; the purpose of this was to promote their loyalty to the products so that customers would repeat purchases.

Outcome

Our Brand Ambassadors engaged with over 2000 people, handed out 1500 goodie bags (filled with samples and merchandise) and collected consumer feedback about the brand.
