Introducing our annual event: "Everyone Doing It Together." This pivotal gathering is dedicated to advancing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the marcomms industry. It unites like-minded professionals to share insights and best practices to transform our industry from the inside out.
The DEI Together event is a crucial platform for industry leaders to come together, exchange ideas, and inspire action. Through collaborative discussions and shared experiences, we aim to push the boundaries and drive meaningful progress in creating a more equitable and inclusive industry.

We’re back and this time it’s our fifth edition of Everyone Doing It Together, taking place on Tuesday 7th October at The Trampery in Shoreditch, London.
With new speakers, fresh perspectives, and conversations that reflect where the industry is right now, this year’s event builds on everything that’s come before - while pushing the conversation further.
So, we’re creating the space (again) for the kind of honest, challenging, and high-quality conversations that actually move things forward.

We held the fourth edition of Everyone Doing It Together, on Thursday 16th October 2025 — once again at The Trampery in Shoreditch, London.
With budgets are shrinking and roles are disappearing, multicultural marketing is being sidelined. But the lived experiences of underrepresented communities haven’t gone anywhere and neither should our commitment to inclusion.
This year we had some powerful conversations, honest reflections, and practical strategies to drive meaningful change. With some more truely insightful speakers, EDI Together 2025 was a statement in what can and should be done to drive inclusion, not just in the marcomms, but across industry as a whole.

We held the third edition of our annual event on the morning of Thursday, 10th October 2024, at The Trampery in Shoreditch, London.
We introduced a new format for this event to facilitate deeper connections and networking opportunities among attendees. We had roundtable discussions to foster important conversations, share experiences, collaborate on best practices, and network with peers.
The event also featured a diverse line-up of speakers representing various backgrounds and leading brands, ensuring various experiences and insights. To create a safe space, we introduced a portal where attendees could anonymously ask our expert panellists and team questions about their specific challenges.

Our second DEI event, held on October 12th 2023, was a huge success with tonnes of invaluable insights and conversations shared throughout the event!
Speakers from The National Trust, The Met Police, Severn Trent, Aviva, and Algebra Consulting shared their unique challenges and strategies to combat them.

We hosted our first DEI event on June 8th 2022 at The Drum Labs, with agency decision-makers in attendance. We discussed how we approach improving Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (DEI) in our industry, both from the recruitment perspective and in the work we produce for our clients.
We had five sessions covering a range of topics, such as the current state of DEI in our industry, what DEI meant to our speakers, where to start, how to find diverse audiences and more!
